Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Audit Senior Associate in its Atlanta office to join a leading CPA advisory firm serving middle-market clients. You will drive assurance engagements, supervise testing, and provide business insights under senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree required; CPA eligibility preferred or pursuing CPA.
  • 3 years of public accounting audit experience required.
  • Experience with Real Estate clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted engagement team member delivering assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to gather information for testing and questions.
  • Plan and supervise execution of audit activities.
  • Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
  • Test internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Discuss findings with Manager and Partner to shape business recommendations.
  • Learn on the job via coaching and firm-wide development programs.
  • Build relationships internally and with clients to support growth.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
