You will handle a broad range of matters, including disputes and litigation, while collaborating with a talented legal team to deliver strategic counsel and excellent client service in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage, insurance bad faith litigation, or a mix.
• Oregon State Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and client-facing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex matters in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to professionalism and high-quality legal work.

I'm partnering with a respected law firm seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who enjoys analyzing complex coverage issues, advising clients on insurance-related matters, and managing sophisticated litigation.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, providing strategic legal counsel and representing clients in coverage disputes and litigation. You'll collaborate with a talented legal team while serving as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation, claims handling, and emerging developments in insurance law.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues, including policy interpretation, claims handling, and dispute resolution.
• Manage and support complex insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation matters.

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
