Qualifications

• CA-licensed attorney with 2–10+ years of experience in commercial litigation and employment matters.
• Experience with AmLaw 200 firms or similar platforms is a plus.
• Hybrid work model with collaboration across offices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation, labor and employment matters, and related education and facilities issues.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and advocate at hearings.
