Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Engagement and Alumni Relations Senior Associate to broaden and deepen alumni and constituent engagement for the College of Education and Human Ecology. You will build meaningful relationships, recruit volunteers, and supervise engagement programs and communications in collaboration with faculty and advisory boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Two years of volunteer management, alumni relations, donor relations, annual giving, customer relations, or similar relationship-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates engagement strategies for alumni, donors, corporate constituents and volunteers; ensures data is captured in the database.
• Partners with the Senior Director and Events staff to coordinate engagement events and opportunities.
• Assists with managing annual giving campaigns and coordinates with Central Advancement, Alumni Association, and related offices.
• Contributes to the Office of Advancement through teamwork and participation in internal workgroups.
