Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate for our distribution facility in Alsip, IL. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and light assembly to support a connected world.

You will perform warehouse tasks, housekeeping, counter sales, cycle counting, and QA activities with a focus on accuracy and safety. 2 years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into system.

• Performs special customer quality assurance inspections.

A Day in The Life of a Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, as well as housekeeping of other assigned areas. You may also be responsible for counter sales, cycle counting and related quality assurance activities.

Compensation Details

$21.04 - $25.26 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
