Berkadia is seeking a Senior Associate to coordinate strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and enhance stakeholder communication across production leadership and client teams.

You will drive meetings, develop plans, and track milestones with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic initiatives with production leadership and scope efforts.
• Develop business plans to document initiative strategies and identify supporting efforts.
• Lead meetings in support of key initiatives, including agenda development and follow-up.
• Manage project delivery to ensure on-time, within-scope results.
• Attend and support key client meetings, conferences and internal events.
• Provide meeting support, presentation templates, and client service reports.
• Support development of client account plans with cross-functional collaboration.
• Gather stakeholder and client feedback to inform improvements and future focus areas.
• Track milestones and progress against quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration via OmniView and Power BI reports.
