Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager with overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Work Requirements

This position will work up to 38 hours per week.

The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18.

The physical demands of the job include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail or management experience is required.
