Job summary

Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Keizer, Oregon is seeking a retail leader to help run store operations and drive sales. You will focus on guest services, merchandising, staff development, and adherence to company policies.

The role requires prior retail or management experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and availability to work up to 38 hours per week.

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
