Job summary

Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to uphold guest services and assist the Store Manager with daily operations. The role includes driving sales, staff development, expense control, and inventory/merchandising management in accordance with company policies.

The position requires availability to work up to 38 hours per week, with a minimum age of 18 and prior retail/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in tasks involved in store operations, aiming for maximum sales and profitability, staffing, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and merchandising/inventory control aligned with Company policies.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.


• The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Hours and Requirements

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and or management experience is required.
