Job summary

A leading retail company in Bristol, TN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager. The hourly pay ranges from $16.75 to $17.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager, and overseeing sales and merchandising. Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
• The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18.
• The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
