Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, staff, and guest experience at Chuck E. Cheese locations. You’ll ensure training, scheduling, safety, and high-quality service while driving sales and maintaining standards.

The role includes managing daily operations, upholding brand expectations, and leveraging incentives like the new wage-access program. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED. College degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry OR proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager

• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and communicating Company and Guest expectations to the entire team

Compensation Details

$20.11 - $22.35 Hourly

Commission Details

Exempt

• Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Non-Exempt

• Non-Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
• The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions.
