Job summary

Associa seeks a Senior Assistant Community Manager to provide clerical and administrative support to the Community Manager(s) and co-manage accounts. The role acts as a liaison to homeowners, vendors, board and committee members, CSSC staff, and the branch office.

The position involves preparing board materials, annual disclosures, assisting with architectural applications, issuing access items, attending meetings and site visits, and supervising a few accounts with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and basic office software.
  • Familiarity with homeowners associations and governance structures.
  • Experience handling high call volumes and customer service tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building agendas and board meeting packages and draft minutes.
  • Prepare annual disclosure packages and notice residents per statutes.
  • Assist with architectural applications and access credential issuance.
  • Travel to client associations for meetings, inspections, and events.
  • Liaise with homeowners, vendors, board members and CSSC staff.
