Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years in parking/transportation with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong data analytics and financial oversight skills.
• Experience with parking/transportation systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate parking contracts and vendor relationships.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for D-P&T and ABS.
• Develop and implement parking policies and pricing strategies.
• Manage special events, permits, and front-office processes.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and align with departmental goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and contract compliance.
• Support budgeting and financial reconciliations.
