Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor III in Inglewood, CA. You will lead a team, shape high-quality clinical programs, and manage supervision hours while delivering direct services to clients in a fast-paced ABA environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA/psychology or related field and at least 2 years of clinical work with diverse populations, plus 1 year of supervisory experience. California residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience with diverse diagnoses.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians including training.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and policy adherence.
• Lead team meetings and support staff development.
• Prepare utilization and treatment reports.
