Job summary

Inframark is seeking a seasoned Asset Management & Reliability leader to drive portfolio-wide reliability initiatives across multiple facilities in the United States. You will shape asset management strategies, mentor teams on CMMS use, and translate data into actionable improvements.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management & Reliability; requires 5+ years in asset management, travel 50-75%, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years asset management, maintenance, or reliability experience.
• Leadership across multi-site or national operations.
• Experience with asset criticality, RCA, and RCM.
• Strong technical reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% nationally.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 asset management frameworks.
• Experience in utilities, water/wastewater, or regulated industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to establish reliability-focused asset management practices across all managed facilities.
• Mentor and coach employees on CMMS use, asset assessment methods, and reliability improvement practices.
• Build a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Lead RCA investigations for asset failures, safety events, or recurring issues.
• Deliver trend reports that communicate lessons learned, systemic risks, and improvement initiatives to leadership and clients.
