Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking an ABL Portfolio Manager to oversee asset-based lending for commercial customers. You will structure and underwrite transactions ranging from $5M to $100M and coordinate financial statement reviews with the admin team to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in Middle Market Asset-Based/Commercial Banking.
• Understanding of general credit and risk principles in asset-based lending.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial forecast models.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned asset-based portfolio of commercial customers.
• Structure and underwrite asset-based loan transactions ($5MM - $100MM).
• Coordinate collection and review of financial statements and collateral reports.
• Assist in review and negotiation of loan documentation with legal counsel.
