Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a seasoned security operations leader in Washington, DC to oversee federal security systems, asset lifecycle management, and readiness across programs.

You will assess inventories, maintenance and replacement practices, develop lifecycle plans, and collaborate with process, workforce, and analytical teams to translate findings into clear, defendable recommendations that improve visibility, reliability, and long-term sustainability of security assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum eight years of experience with physical security systems, lifecycle management, and federal security operations.
• Ability to assess inventories, asset data, maintenance and replacement practices, and lifecycle planning to identify gaps.
• Strong background evaluating asset management in relation to operations, facilities, technology compatibility, and risk.
• Experience collaborating with process, workforce, and analytics teams to integrate findings into security program recommendations.
• Ability to produce clear, actionable analyses that improve equipment visibility and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in physical security systems, lifecycle management, and federal security operations.
• Assess inventories, asset data, maintenance and replacement practices, lifecycle planning, and supporting processes.
• Evaluate asset management in relation to operations, facility conditions, technology compatibility, and lifecycle risk.
• Collaborate with process, workforce, and analytical personnel to integrate findings into Judicial Facility and Security Program recommendations.
• Produce clear analyses that enhance equipment visibility, readiness, and sustainability across security environments.
