Job summary

Payne & Dolan, Inc. is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators in Michigan to work in the Paving department. You will operate construction machinery under the guidance of the Foreman in a safe and efficient manner.

A minimum of three years of paving experience is required, along with a valid driver's license. Union membership is encouraged, and robust training and professional development opportunities will be provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• CDL preferred but not necessary.
• Minimum 3 years paving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maneuver machinery in tight quarters around people and traffic.
• Move construction materials and earth at the construction site.
