NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior ASIC Power Engineer to design hardware accelerators and processors across mobile, embedded and datacenter platforms. You will drive power reductions while delivering verified RTL and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious performance targets.

The role requires 5+ years in high-performance designs, strong HDL skills and a solid grasp of physical design.

Formación

• BS or MS in electrical engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in processor or related high performance designs.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog or similar HDL.
• Solid understanding of physical design and VLSI.

We are now looking for a Senior ASIC Power Engineer!

NVIDIA is seeking extraordinary power engineers to design hardware accelerators and processors on our next-generation mobile, embedded and datacenter platforms. What you'll be doing:

• Develop innovative HW, GPU and system designs to extend the state of the art performance and efficiency
• You are expected to understand the design and implementation, develop power metrics and drive power reductions
• Execute and deliver fully verified, high performance, area and power efficient RTL to achieve design targets
• You will be working with architects, designers, verification and VLSI teams to accomplish your tasks

What we need to see:

• BS or MS in electrical engineering or computer science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in processor or other related high performance designs

• Solid understanding of physical design and VLSI

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and other objective job-related factors. The expected base salary ranges for this position are:

136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3; and 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
