Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Manufacturing Senior Supervisor to lead aseptic and device manufacturing teams across multiple facilities. You will ensure GMP compliance, drive safety, and coordinate with planning to meet production schedules.

The role requires 7–10 years in GMP environments and 4+ years of direct supervisory experience, with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. This position focuses on continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in GMP environments.
• 4+ years of direct reports leadership in manufacturing.
• College level mathematical skills for data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Intermediate computer skills with multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of manufacturing area and adherence to PCI safety programs.
• Motivate, coach, and retain high-performing teams across shifts.
• Coach less experienced supervisors and support performance management.
• Supervise Manufacturing personnel in cGMP operations across facilities.
• Coordinate with Planning to meet capacity and schedule adherence.
• Maintain audit readiness for internal and external inspections.
• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
