Job summary

Southern Graphic Systems, LLC, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a D2S Manager to lead end-to-end artwork-to-print delivery for Mondelez portfolios. You will coordinate design-to-print planning, approvals and final file delivery across design partners and production studios.

Onsite in East Hanover, NJ 2-3 days a week. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong colour-quality standards, stakeholder management, and proactive risk escalation with the aim of on-time, right-first-time

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' relevant experience in commercial design, packaging artwork, pre-press or design-to-print environments.
• Strong understanding of packaging print processes and technology.
• Experience using artwork-management, approval and project-tracking systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of artwork-to-print activity for designated MDLZ portfolios, ensuring quality, timing, and commercial requirements.
• Manage packaging artwork changes and approvals for designated portfolios.
• Administer Dragonfly approvals and establish workflows; monitor cycles and feedback.
• Maintain complete project records in MYSGS5, including quotations, job creation, invoicing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with design partners and internal teams to translate design visions into print reality.
