Join a dynamic team of highly skilled data scientists and engineers with deep healthcare expertise, driving innovation in a thriving healthcare function. You will play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge Data Science & Machine Learning platform that integrates disparate data sources, enabling FinThrive to develop and execute complex algorithms that generate powerful insights into healthcare business operations.

You'll collaborate with internal business, product, and technical teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions to complex challenges, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing processes, enhancing decision-making, and improving overall healthcare efficiencies.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a key member of a growing AI and ML team (including data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers) to design and deploy artificial intelligence solutions in a production environment.
• Architect, build, and maintain the infrastructure for AI-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
• Lead MLOps and DevOps efforts to guarantee scalability, reliability, and security across AI-driven systems.
• Develop automation tools and workflows for NLP, Generative AI, model training, testing, and deployment.
• Build robust model management and performance monitoring tools to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI solutions with business objectives, ensuring smooth execution and adoption.
• Foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, continuous learning, collaboration, and experimentation.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, software engineering, MLOps, DevOps, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Python, and scripting languages.
• Expertise in integrating DevSecOps principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics, big data technologies, non-relational datastores, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Travel: Minimal (a couple of times per year).

What Would Set You Apart

• Experience with Databricks and the Azure cloud platform, including ML services and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with open-source AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Apache MXNet, or Spark MLlib.
• Domain expertise in predictive analytics within Healthcare, Insurance, or Consumer Credit industries.
