CTP Boston is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our creative team. You will take briefs, distill them to core ideas, and turn them into work that inspires across print, digital, and video.

As a senior contributor, you will lead ideas from concept through execution, elevate creativity, and help shape strategic outputs.

You’ll collaborate with writers, strategists, and production teams, stay hands-on, and mentor peers while exploring emerging tools, including AI.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of art direction experience developing and leading creative ideas.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, storytelling, and range.
• Mastery of typography, photography, illustration, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideas from concept through execution across print, digital, video, and social.
• Elevate creativity across accounts and provide feedback to the team.
• Partner with writers, designers, strategists, and video producers to connect with audiences.
• Present to clients and contribute to pitches.
