Qualifications

• 4–10 years of design experience in an agency environment.
• Strong typography, composition, color and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns and creative thinking.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and teams.
• Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms and email editors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into compelling, distinctive visual concepts.
• Contribute to campaign and concept development beyond execution.
• Develop creative across digital, social, print, environmental and experiential formats.
• Design and produce assets from concept to final production.
• Bring brand identities to life across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative, production and account teams to strengthen work.
• Present and communicate concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Develop understanding of clients’ brands, audiences and objectives.
• Maintain asset governance and organized project files.
• Mentor junior designers and stay curious about new tools and trends.
