Job summary

Digitas North America seeks a Senior Art Director to lead the concept, design and execution of groundbreaking visual solutions for cross‑channel initiatives, including major web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing.

You will partner with copywriters and Creative Director to ensure copy and visuals align, while guiding a team of designers and production artists to deliver compelling, integrated work across channels.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma required; auto experience is a plus.
Energy, a sense of humor and an open & curious mind are valued.
Strong conceptual and design skills with a robust portfolio for print and Web.
Experience on large cross-channel/direct‑marketing initiatives across media.
Mastery of Web production and digital channel capabilities.
Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; plus Flash/ After Effects/ video production is a plus.
Four-year degree with 5–7 years of art direction and digital design experience, preferably in a creative agency.
Ability to brainstorm strategically and develop campaigns and briefs.

Responsibilities

Lead the concept, design and execution of visual solutions for cross‑channel initiatives including large Web and digital campaigns.
Present designs and gain client buy-in through compelling visuals and storytelling.
Guide teams of designers and production artists to deliver cross‑channel work.
Manage multiple projects while inspiring teammates and clients.
