You’ll collaborate with writers, editors, and production leads, present work confidently to leadership and clients, and shape modular visual systems across channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in art direction within an agency or fast-paced production.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools into workflows.
• Strong video/post-production, concepting and storyboarding.
• Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• A design-forward portfolio showing modern tool use.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Asset Generation & Scale: leverage proprietary tools to rapidly prototype, generate and refine assets across formats.
• Hands-On Video Production: concept, storyboard, art-direct shoots and post-production edits under tight deadlines.
• Scalable Visual Systems: build modular visual frameworks across channels for multiple formats.
• Production-Focused Collaboration: partner with writers, editors, and production leads to solve challenges quickly.
• Presentation: present creative work clearly to internal leadership and external clients.
