You will lead multi-platform creative, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive impactful work for HCP and patient audiences.

You’ll use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create visually compelling concepts while balancing regulatory requirements in pharma.

You will work on strategic, innovative brand communication projects in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to multi-platform creative that serves both HCP and patient audiences.

What you’ll do

• Lead creative development for assigned brands, ensuring concepts are strategic, innovative, and visually impactful.
• Apply account branding guidelines and design hallmarks consistently across digital, print, video, and social deliverables.
• Conceptualize and build multi-platform creative work for both healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Strategy teams so that messaging and visuals align.
• Present and defend creative concepts, clearly articulating the strategic and aesthetic rationale behind the work.
• Mentor junior Art Directors by providing guidance that supports quality and team growth.
• Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements, applying them to improve creative quality and effectiveness.

What you bring

• Proven presenting and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and work cross-functionally.
