Job summary

Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a logistics support professional to troubleshoot and manage Army equipment systems (GCSS-A, ASTS, AESIP) ensuring compliance with AR 735-5 and related manuals. The role emphasizes accountability, calibration, and maintenance scheduling across division assets.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in unit supply operations, strong IT skills, and experience with property accountability. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearances required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in unit supply operations, large inventory maintenance, property management, administration and Army equipment calibration
• Familiarity with inventory management, shipping/receiving, transportation, storage, turn-in, property accountability, and supply procedures/regulations
• Knowledge of AR 735-5 governing Army property accountability and documentation
• Understanding of Army calibration system and IT applied to property accountability
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management Scheduling, Fleet Management, Fuel Management, supply procedures and regulations
• Sound knowledge of AR 750-1 and TB 43-0142
• Proficient with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and use GCSS-A to maintain and report all annual services
• Utilize ASTS to maintain ongoing logistics equipment support
• Utilize AESIP to report, plan, and ensure adherence to Army equipment maintenance regulations
• Track services, load test and inspection equipment at division level
• Monitor, request, and receive class III fuel with reports
• Disseminate spare keys for equipment as needed
• Assist in shipping and receiving activities
• Provide monthly utilization tracking reports
• Advise RTC of TDA equipment alignment and adjustments for developing operations
• Ensure compliance with government standard equipment per TM and TB on site
• Contribute to annual budget savings reporting for maintenance and operating costs
• Maintain division AOAP to standard
• DoD Secret clearance or higher and U.S. Citizenship preferred
