Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multidisciplinary architectural projects from concept through completion. You will guide client relationships, team coordination, and project finances, ensuring quality delivery on schedule and within budget.

The role emphasizes strategic project leadership, accountability for outcomes, and development of long-term client partnerships across industrial, technology, commercial, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture; registration preferred.
• PMP Certification required for external applicants within 1 year, internal promotions: at time of promotion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates multi-discipline major projects and oversees all discipline job captains.
• Directly accountable for adherence to timetable and financial success of the project.
• Prepares plan and budget; monitors progress and takes corrective action as needed.
• Manages client requirements, contracts, and papers flow with stakeholders.
