Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to lead and coordinate high‑complex, multi‑discipline projects in our Higher Education, Science, and Sport Architecture Practice. You will collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors across the United States to deliver sustainable facilities and enhanced quality of life in communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Registered Architect credential.
10 years related experience with minimum 5 years PM experience.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
Take responsibility for large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity.
Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
Coordinate staffing, workload, and ensure deliverables meet schedules.
Track financials and adjust effort to meet budget and schedule.
Support QA/QC procedures and mentor junior PMs.
