Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience (7–10 preferred).
• Proven track record managing a project from start to finish, including staff and consultants.
• 4+ years in working drawings in Revit on mid to large, mixed-use projects; multifamily documentation experience.
• Strong design and graphics skills, including hand sketching.
• Familiarity with building codes, CA processes, and collaborative team work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for medium to large housing projects.
• Serve as a primary client contact throughout the project.
• Lead preparations for client meetings.
• Guide drawing set production and coordinate with consultants.
• Lead and collaborate with project team members and consultants.
• Engage with principals in design charrettes.
