MRO Built, a trusted architectural millwork partner in North Canton, Ohio, seeks a Millwork Engineer to design buildable, efficient millwork for premium interiors. You will produce shop drawings and 3D Inventor models, interpret construction documents, and collaborate with project management, fabrication, and installation teams to improve manufacturability and reduce waste.

Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in custom architectural millwork engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience creating production-ready shop drawings and 3D models in Inventor.
- Millwork engineering software a plus.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming concepts and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Engineer custom architectural millwork that is buildable, efficient, and optimized for manufacturability.
- Produce and review production-ready shop drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, finish schedules, and construction documents to create complete engineering packages.
- Identify constructability issues before fabrication and develop practical solutions.
- Collaborate with project management, machining, fabrication, finishing, and installation teams.
- Apply value engineering and continuous improvement to reduce waste, setup time, and rework.
- Engineer solutions using mixed materials including hardwood, laminate, metal, glass, plastics, upholstery, solid surface, and composites.
- Create clear documentation, material takeoffs, and production-ready information.
- Support successful project execution from engineering through manufacturing and installation.
