Job summary

NBBJ is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer for our New York team. The candidate will support design leadership, set quality standards, and advance the firm’s design reputation through project work, mentorship, and client interactions.

Ideal candidates possess strong conceptual and schematic design skills, and are proficient in Revit with 3D modeling, SketchUp, and Rhino. LEED knowledge is a plus, and licensure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and exemplify quality standards through design reviews and mentoring.
• Create design materials with high-quality presentation drawings and construction documents.
• Review and critique projects through firm-wide peer reviews.
• Present compelling design stories to clients and peers.
