Job summary

Woolpert, a leading architecture, engineering, and geospatial firm, seeks a Senior Architectural Designer to join our Mission Critical practice with a hybrid schedule in multiple U.S. offices, including Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years related architectural experience.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture is preferred.
• Experience on complex projects and multidisciplinary teams is valued.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for development and documentation; strong MS Office & Adobe Suite skills.

Position Overview

Woolpert is an award-winning global architectural practice, focused on performance-driven, highly complex facilities for some of the world’s largest technology clients. We are seeking to hire a Senior Architectural Designer to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team for our Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, Charlotte, NC and/or Miami, FL offices and offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:

As a Senior Architectural Designer at Woolpert, you will:

• Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
• Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
• Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.

What You Will Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years related architectural experience.
• A Master’s Degree in Architecture is preferred.
• Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills. Experience on complex projects a strong asset.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
  Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Pay Range

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$87,100—$108,900 USD
