Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior architect in Chandler, AZ with 10+ years in architecture and 5+ years on Advanced Manufacturing projects. You will translate concepts into precise documentation using Revit, coordinate with civil/consultant teams, and lead construction documents through administration.

Strong Revit, AutoCAD, rendering tools, and mentoring skills are required. Candidates should understand building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture and design, including 5+ years’ design experience focused on Advanced Manufacturing projects.
• Advanced Revit proficiency required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
• Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, SketchUP, and other rendering tools a plus.
• Excellent graphics, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration processes.
• Experience assisting with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
• Ability to mentor teams and build collaborative working relationships.
• Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and effective in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into clear technical documentation using Revit and visualization tools
