Qualifications
10+ years of experience working on renovation and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
Experience working on extensive rehabilitation projects from interior renovations to full exterior restorations.
Legally eligible to work in the USA without need for sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from conception through construction.
Interface with clients and maintain communication with consulting and construction teams.
Supervise project teams during construction administration services.
