Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working on renovation and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
- Experience working on extensive rehabilitation projects from interior renovations to full exterior restorations.
- Legally eligible to work in the USA without need for sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conception through construction.
- Interface with clients and maintain communication with consulting and construction teams.
- Supervise project teams during construction administration services.
Skills
Experience on rehabilitation projects
Strong organizational skills
Excellent project delivery experience
Knowledge of architectural practice
Commitment to sustainable design
Familiarity with NYC Building Codes
Proficiency in REVIT
Education
Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution
