Qualifications

• Licensed architect with ability to lead projects from concept through construction.

• Experience taking projects through design, bidding, and construction phases.

• Public-sector experience is a plus; licensure in multiple states is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Meeting with clients and identifying project opportunities.
• Leading projects from concept through construction completion.
• Preparing construction documents, specifications, and bidding packages.
• Providing construction administration and attending project meetings.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Working on private, educational, state and local government, and HUD projects.
• Participating in office operations, staffing, and business decisions.
• Taking increasing responsibility for the firm’s overall management and future.
