Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Architect to lead building design efforts from concept through construction documentation. You will ensure codes compliance, develop specifications, and oversee deliverables with a focus on constructability and client scope.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a minimum of 10 years of architecture experience, and RA licensure. Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud proficiency are essential; NCARB is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of 10 years of architecture experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure required.
• NCARB Certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction including building code assessment, life safety code assessment, and evaluation of building construction typology and detailing.
• Assist Team Leads and project leadership in design and production of architectural projects, from design concepts to construction documentation, including specifications, materials, color, and equipment as required by the project scope.
• Oversee production and technical delivery of a project from start to finish, supporting Designer-level staff with relevant documentation.
• Apply knowledge and experience to resolve crucial or unique conditions in building construction projects.
• Support the Team Lead in the Quality Assurance process through review and redlining of drawings and documents, coordinating with Quality Control reviewers to ensure document updates and corrections.
