Qualifications

• Minimum 7 Years of Experience.

• Licensed as an Architect in Maine, New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts.

• Strong working knowledge of building, accessibility, and life safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction.
• Manage a small team of architects and designers for Higher Education projects.
• Act independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.
