Want More in the United States is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee architectural design projects from concept through completion. You will lead design teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and strong communication and project-management skills. This full-time role offers accommodation and visa support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills, written verbal.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Oversee the work of junior architects, designers, and other team members to ensure quality and consistency in design.
• Utilize industry-standard software to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and communicate updates to clients as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices in sustainable design.
