About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of architecture projects throughout Northern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of public works, commercial, or civic buildings and a passion for shaping communities through thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases, including concept development, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, consultants, and city agencies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
• Manage client relationships and represent the firm in meetings with public agencies and community stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to design reviews and quality control processes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and proposals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• 10+ years of experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD.
• Deep understanding of Building Code, ADA, and CEQA requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
