BL Companies is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and production from concept through construction, while mentoring junior staff and guiding project teams. The role emphasizes coordination with Senior Project Managers and disciplines, rigorous document quality assurance, and a proactive, collaborative approach aligned with BL Companies' values.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in architectural production for commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
• Professional registration (RA) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience with construction documentation required.
• Experience with construction administration is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, collaborative mindset and a commitment to mentoring junior staff.The Senior Architect will work in close partnership with Senior Project Managers and other disciplines to deliver exceptional architectural services for our clients.
