Job summary

Lucid Compliances LLC is seeking a Lead Software Architect to steer technical direction across products and customer programs. You will define target architectures for web apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud deployments, then lead discovery with customers and internal teams to translate constraints into phased plans and risk registers.

You will guide technology choices, non-functional requirements, and security-by-design patterns, while mentoring senior engineers and elevating diagrams, RFCs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software architecture, principal engineering, or technical leadership roles on enterprise systems.
• Breadth across backend services, data stores, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns (REST, events, batch).
• Proven experience presenting to engineering and executive audiences; strong written communication.
• Track record delivering in regulated or high-trust environments with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Comfort operating as a player-coach—reviewing code and designs while staying strategic.
