LiveView Technologies (LVT) seeks a Senior Manager, Application Security to own product security end-to-end across our physical and digital platforms. This player-coach role mentors AppSec engineers, hires security staff, and scales a Security Champions program across engineering squads.

Based onsite at our American Fork, UT headquarters, you will influence product design, frame risk for engineering leadership, and ensure secure development in firmware, edge devices, APIs, and AI-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AppSec or product security with hands-on engineering experience
• 4+ years in people management or formal technical lead
• Ability to ship secure software with a practical, risk-based approach
• Experience influencing product design and engineering decisions
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant, cloud-based security architectures
• Experience with security automation in CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with hardware/security modules and OTA update validation
• Understanding of AI/ML security considerations and data privacy
• Proven track record scaling a Security Champions program or similar

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor AppSec engineers
• Hire and onboard 1–2 security engineers
• Launch a Security Champions program across product teams
• Set architecture and standards for LVT's attack surface
• Turn security risks into prioritized backlog items
• Embed security in product design and planning
• Develop threat modeling and automated tenant isolation tests
• Oversee incident response, vulnerability coordination, and disclosure processes
• Collaborate with SecOps on telemetry and observability
