GuidePoint Security, LLC is seeking a Senior Application Security Consultant to deliver comprehensive Application Security services, including threat modeling and architecture reviews. Candidates should have a blend of software development and application security experience, ideally over 6 years in related fields. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential as you will interact with clients and produce detailed reports. The position offers a primarily remote workforce with eligibility for various benefits including medical insurance, flexible time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Application Security and/or Software Development, with at least 3 years in Application Security.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting services or internal security roles requiring effective communication with both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Application Security services, including Application Threat Modeling and Architecture Reviews.
• Author comprehensive assessment deliverables detailing technical execution and remediation strategies.
• Foster client relationships through support and guidance while managing concurrent client engagements.
