Falls Technology is seeking two Applications Developers for on-site work in McLean, VA. You will build and maintain frontend and backend apps and services that support high-quality interactive, mobile, web and video products for a federal national-security customer.

You will design data objects, upgrade in-house tools, and manage cloud-hosted applications in AWS, including CloudFormation, CloudWatch, S3 and EC2, while using Jenkins to deploy and monitor services.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Frontend and backend application development experience.
• Git and GitHub experience.
• HTML5/CSS3, Hugo or other static site generators, and SASS.
• JavaScript, Angular, Vue, React and Node.js.
• TypeScript, Webpack, Lerna or Electron experience.
• AWS infrastructure development and automation (CloudFormation, CloudWatch, S3, ELB).
• Express.js, Koa.js or NGINX experience (all three is a plus).
• RDS, MySQL or DynamoDB experience.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain frontend and backend applications and services that support interactive products.
• Design JSON datasets and data objects for apps, web and mobile products.
• Develop, maintain and upgrade in-house tools and cloud-hosted apps in AWS.
• Build, host and monitor apps with AWS services and Jenkins.
• Test, debug, and improve performance of existing software.
• Follow modern web development, accessibility and quality practices; track status and help write documentation.
