AWS Healthcare AI is seeking an experienced Applied Scientist to lead pioneering research in generative AI, NLP, and large-scale ML. You will guide a team of scientists to invent scalable, confidential AI-powered experiences for end-customers, frontline workers, and back-office staff.

You will define research directions, run rigorous experiments, translate findings into products, and collaborate across AWS and Amazon. A passion for scientific excellence and impact is required.

Qualificações

• PhD, or Masters degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
• 8+ years of building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions at Internet scale experience
