Future Secure AI in Austin, Texas is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Data Scientist to join our Platform Team.

You will contribute to the development and deployment of AI models powering proactive intelligence capabilities, working with engineers and scientists to enable human-AI collaboration. The role focuses on applying machine learning, data mining, and statistics to improve our platform, with opportunities to innovate, experiment with A/B testing, and scale models within a modern cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Applied Scientist, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data mining, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Model development and innovation: evaluate ML models and explore new algorithms and data sources.
• Data mining and feature engineering: analyze large interaction datasets to create impactful features.
• Model deployment and monitoring: work with engineering to deploy models and monitor performance.
• Research and exploration: stay current with ML advances and apply to the platform.
• Experimentation and A/B testing: design tests to evaluate new models and features.
• Collaboration and communication: convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
