Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect to support Federal Financial Regulatory customers in the Arlington, VA and Washington, DC area. This position requires the candidate selected to be a U.S. Citizen and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by the customer.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect (SA), you will be the Subject Matter Expert for designing applied AI solutions that help federal financial regulatory agencies automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and drive down costs. You will work closely with other Specialist and Generalist Solutions Architects to enable large-scale customer use cases and drive adoption of AI/ML across the federal financial portfolio. You will interact with customers and SAs in the field, providing technical guidance on AI/ML engagements, and develop white papers, reference architectures, and presentations. You will also create field enablement materials for the broader SA population.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
• Associate's degree or above, or relevant certifications such as CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
• Knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure needs
• Experience working with end user or developer communities

The base salary range for this position is 153,600.00 – 207,800.00 USD annually.
