Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect for Amazon Connect, Applied AI. The role focuses on delivering advanced AI-enabled contact center architectures and guiding customers through scalable cloud solutions.

You will work with GTM teams, share best practices, and build internal expertise while influencing product roadmaps and customer success across global accounts.

Qualifications

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
4+ years of contact center experience, or experience in technical work related to computer systems and technology components.
Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering), or Bachelor's degree.

Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
Provide advanced technical knowledge to domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
